Mirror mode
🎮 **It’s finally here! ** After years of waiting, our prayers to Yoba have finally been answered. The mod that lets us experience Stardew Valley in a whole new way has arrived!
---
🌟 Module function
Mirror Mode will **completely** flip your Stardew Valley experience on its head:
- 🗺️ **The map is completely mirrored** - left becomes right, right becomes left
- 👥 **NPC itinerary mirror** - NPCs that originally walked to the right will now walk to the left
- 🎭 **Event scene mirroring** - All events are rearranged according to mirroring logic
- 🏠 **Important Building Mirroring** - Key buildings such as farmhouses and greenhouses have been mirrored
💡 **Usage Tips**: You need to change your habits and walk left from the farmhouse to reach the bus station and other places in Pelican Town!
---
⚠️ Notes
**Incompletely mirrored content:**
- 🖥️ The user interface remains basically the same
- 💬 Dialogue text is not mirrored to ensure readability
- 🔧 A large amount of hard-coded content in the game cannot be automatically mirrored
**Archiving Requirements:**
- 📝 **STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO USE A NEW SAVE**
- 💾 **Be sure to back up existing saves** (The author emphasizes three times!)
- 🏗️ Movable objects and spawns in existing saves will not be mirrored
---
🔧 Compatibility
**Good News**: Compatibility with the Stardew Valley expansion is the same as with the original game!
**Bad News**: Compatibility with the Stardew Valley expansion is the same as with the original game!
✅ **Compatible content:**
- Any module map, event, itinerary
- NPC location, map/tile attributes
- Most animated sprites
❌ **Incompatible Content:**
- Hardcoded content in the mod
---
🎯TASer tool
TAS (Temporary Animation Sprite) is an animation effect that appears temporarily in the game, such as smoke, sword light, water bubbles, etc.
**TASer Features:**
- 🎮 Default key F2 (can be modified in config.json)
- ✨ Press the shortcut key on the abnormal TAS to "clear" it
- 📁 The cleared TAS will be added to the "TAS cache" and will no longer be mirrored in the future.
- 🔄 Cache is saved across game sessions
Your TAS cache has been pre-installed with some important TAS discovered during testing, and will continue to improve with use!

🎭 Author's Note
This is an April Fool's joke that took too much effort! The author stated:
- 🚫 This mod will no longer be developed, updated or supported
- 🎪 Enjoy existing features or not use them at all
- 💾 Again: please back up your archives!

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
