About this mod Machine translation
Winterhold is a warm place. Do your research, maybe you can inherit the home...
House rebuilt on ruins in Winterhold. The current owner, a shadowy high elf, has not been seen for some time. Not that unusual for this guy, though.
You should look into it, maybe you can inherit this place?
Containers will not respawn. No big deal, just a warm place in the cold north with your entourage.
Optional documentation provides Cliff Cabin, which includes a stable for installation. Just use one of them (they have the same filename, so you'll have to overwrite it if it's still installed).

A house rebuild on ruins in Winterhold. The current owner, a shady High Elf, has not been seen in a while. Not so unusual for this one, though.
You shuld investigate, perhaps you can inherit the place?
The containers do not respawn. Nothing big, just a warm place in the wintery north to stay with your follower.
The optional file offers the Cliff Cabin including a stable for your mount. Just use one or the other (they have the same file name, so you have to overwrite it if it is still installed).
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
