在溫特霍爾德的廢墟上重建的房子。 目前的主人，一個陰暗的高等精靈，已經有一段時間沒有出現了。 不過，對於這個人來說並不是那麼不尋常。

A house rebuild on ruins in Winterhold. The current owner, a shady High Elf, has not been seen in a while. Not so unusual for this one, though.
You shuld investigate, perhaps you can inherit the place?
The containers do not respawn. Nothing big, just a warm place in the wintery north to stay with your follower.
The optional file offers the Cliff Cabin including a stable for your mount. Just use one or the other (they have the same file name, so you have to overwrite it if it is still installed).
