How to use:
If you side with Stormcloaks, just enable the plugin and leave it in.
Enable the plugin if Legion is supported, but disable it once Rifter, Dawnstar and Winterhold are under Legion control.

How to use:
If siding with the Stormcloaks just enable the plugin and leave it on.
If siding with the Legion enable the plugin but disable it once Rifter, Dawnstar and Winterhold are under Legion control.
