如何使用：
如果與Stormcloaks站在一起，只需啓用該插件並將其保留。
如果支持Legion啓用插件，但一旦Rifter，Dawnstar和Winterhold受軍團控制，就禁用它。

Stormcloak Commanders Fix
Fixes a bug that causes some Stormcloak commanders to spawn in areas that would be military camps even if the hold is controlled by Stormcloaks. Essentially causing them to be in two places at the same time, I did this by deleting the relevant spawn markers from the camps.
How to use:
If siding with the Stormcloaks just enable the plugin and leave it on.
If siding with the Legion enable the plugin but disable it once Rifter, Dawnstar and Winterhold are under Legion control.
