Employees can now experience it, revitalization points also affect employees, and more. Port of the Oldrim Staff Mod - Overhaul, Special Edition.

This is a Port of Aldrim Staff Mod-overhaul, for the special edition.

I just changed it into a special edition mold, please give credit to the original author Funkydiscood.

I tested it on the special edition and it works fine for me. If you find a bug, tell me and I'll take a look.

Also, if you test it with other staff mods and it works, please let me know.

Original model description:

Introduction:

So, we all know that in the vanilla game, staff is not a viable weapon for anyone. If you use

Staff may come up with a free spreadsheet before you push the staff back into your inventory and pick up a real weapon. Or, if you're a mage, you have a spell in each hand, so your utility spells and your primary form of attack both use the same resources, and staffs are never considered because you have no experience with them. Ok, I tried to fix it.

So, what's the use?

This increases employee productivity and makes them actually want to use a gun as their full-time weapon.

I tried roughly balancing it, but there isn't really any way to balance Skyrim.

I want every employee to “deserve” the opportunity to lose their job

Have a shield or weapon. There must be some reason why you want to be a counselor.

More specifically.

All staff now contribute experience to their respective magic schools.

Staff of Destruction now deals 1% more damage per level.

Staff of Destruction has had its damage rebalanced based on spell level (more or less).

The destruction perk that increases damage now also applies to staff.

The Destruction perk, which reduces mana cost, now also increases personnel damage by 20%.

Destruction perks that require low health now also apply to employees.

Magic wands that summon something now allow additional summons of that type.

The Daedric command staff allows commanding an attached Daedra or atronach.

Other magic wands (such as Soul Trap) now allow summoning for an unlimited time.

Alter Staff now reduces the cost of all spells by 10% and gives you unlimited duration to cast spells on yourself.

The restoration perk, which reduces mana cost, now also increases the effectiveness of restoring personnel by 20%.

Healing's Restoration Staff now also increases the player's armor and health regeneration.

Undead-specific rods (such as becoming undead) are now also reduced from

Increases undead by 20% and allows detection of undead when equipped.

Magnus's staff now drains health and mana at the same time (I screwed up and was too lazy to fix it).

Wabbajack now randomizes health, stamina, and mana regeneration. it should

Statistically increases regeneration rate by 100%.

Sun Fire, Vampire Scourge, Magic Flame Deja Vu, Magic Explorer,

Magician Ash Spawn, Magician Borneman, Mr. Magician, and Magician Ghost have all been added to the game's wand level list.

Illusion specials are now available for employees as well.

Illusion Staff now scales with the level of the illusion.

The damage dealt to players by the Illusion Staff is reduced by 10%.

The calmness of the staff of illusion now also increases the persuasiveness.

Phantom Staff Madness, now increases attack speed by 50%.

The staff of illusion is even more intimidating now.

The Phantom Staff of Courage now also increases armor, health regeneration, and stamina regeneration.

Is there anything else?

Personnel added by other mods are not affected.

I haven't tested this mod's compatibility with any other mods that change magic perks, but I tried it and it played well.

I think this mod will be the only one that changes wands and wand enchantments.

Hope this works.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
