Highly recommended to use this mod in conjunction with mods that make your normal attacks drain stamina and increase combat stamina!
I recommend Wildcat- Battle of Skyrim

do what? :
Spellfury does a few things:
First, it turns Magicka into a furious/wrathful mechanic like in many other games, such as World of Warcraft. For those who don't know. You don't have magicka regeneration, you hit things to get magicka. Additionally, your magicka is drained of combat power. Simple.
The amount of mana you gain on hit rating using your maximum base mana and your (right-hand) weapon
Applies a buff to Destruction Magic, causing it to scale with your (right-hand) weapon when equipped. Not only does this make your weapons more important, it also makes spending your Wrath (magicka) feel better. (can be disabled)
Adds some new skills that suit Spellfury's playstyle as you gain through leveling up. (can be disabled)
MCM is provided to adjust/disable features you may not need. It's like re-enabling magicka cheats :)
Why? :
First of all, I know there is another mod on the link, similar to (Furious-Barbarian Gameplay), maybe even more. I just wanted to see if I could make a Skyrim mod, so I tried to put my idea into action.
It’s no secret that there are some issues with spell swords in Skryim. There are two things that always bother me when playing alone.
Your weapons only affect half your strength and have no effect on your spell power. For me, this resulted in me not caring too much when getting new weapons, which is not how you should feel in an RPG.
Later in the game, mages start to double cast and have 2 hands to cast a lot of spells with a lot of mana regeneration without running out of mana. Spell swords on the other hand usually only have 1 hand, can't dual cast, can't slowly switch between many spells if used, can't block if used (no mods), if you can use Magicka Regen to enchant your gear, but that will come at the expense of other enchantments you might want to power up 1h/2h, health, stamina, etc.
All of this led me to want to show a little love to my favorite gameplay and create Spellfury in hopes of improving spell sword gameplay. I may be a little late to modding the game, but better late than never.
Quick game example:
Disclaimer: This MOD does not cause normal attacks, so the stamina draining thing is similar to WILDCAT combat

The combat mods used in these videos are highly recommended! :
Please keep in mind that I don't play SSE, so I haven't used the SSE versions of these mods together before.
Critical Strike - Dark Souls in Shadow like Backstab and Parry, Wildcat - Enemy AI and normal attack stamina cost for Battle of Skyrim, Revelation - Demon of Skyrim and Lost in Skyrim (no SSE version), Spells, Skytweak (no SSE version) which reduces stamina's recharge delay and enhances stamina rate (set to 1.2s delay and 450% StaminaRateMult), and more, but these are big ones.

Once again, very sorry for the next quality.

->Things to know:<-
I want to promote good resource management between magicka and stamina, so by default magicka only hits when it hits 10% stamina. You can disable it in MCM.
Spellfury is the perk that uses combat hit spell entry points. This means it may cause perks in the perk overhaul module to stop working. I'm playing …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
