Small lake house (VR optimized and lore friendly)

Just before the entrance to South Brittle Sheen Pass, a small house on the north shore of Lake Ilinalta has beautiful views and a deck for followers to hang out. The scenery is great and the area is quiet (the wolf has been removed). No fancy mansion, but still worthy of a character who is becoming a celebrity tarn. Specifically designed for VR gaming.

A simple house like this actually belongs there but is still a little nicer than a regular farm.

There is a loft for the player to sleep in (a real Dovaakin sleeps alone!), some storage space (not designed for trophy whores), a cooking station, a lounge for reading, and a dining table. Everything has the same basic design as the rest of the game, but it's still somewhat likeable - like it's an expensive house rather than a ostentatious one.

There's an alchemy station in the gazebo because damn concocted potions stink, especially restorative potions! I'm not doing this in there!

The boat takes you to the small island out front, a great place to relax with your favorite entourage, drink some excellent mead and watch the stars.

The map marker is called "Tiny House". You can travel from inside the unit.

This mod is still in its early stages - there are still some details, but I'm doing it for my VR game and will be getting some feedback from the community via the forums.

-The light remains on during the day

-Idle markers have not been tested with multiple followers

-The porch layout is still a bit strange

-Mission based acquisitions like Breezehome might be nice, but I doubt I'll find that

All in a basic design like the rest of the game, but still a bit of an edge of niceness - like it's an expensive home, just not an ostentatious one.

The boat transports you to the tiny island in front, which is a great place to chill with your favorite follower and drink some quality mead and watch the stars.

• porch layout is a bit odd still
• quest-based acquisition like Breezehome could be nice but I doubt I'll ever figure that out
