小型湖邊小屋（VR優化和絕殺友善）

在南布里特爾欣通行證入口之前，在伊利納爾塔湖北岸的一間小房子，風景優美，甲板供追隨者閒逛。 風景很好，周圍很安靜（狼已被移走）。 沒有花哨的豪宅，但仍然值得一個正在成爲名人塔恩的角色。 專爲VR遊戲而設計。

有一個供玩家睡覺的閣樓（一個真正的Dovaakin一個人睡！），一些存儲空間（不是爲戰利品妓女設計的），烹飪臺，供讀書的休息室和一張餐桌。一切都與遊戲的其餘部分一樣，都具有基本的設計，但仍然有些討人喜歡-就像它是一棟昂貴的房屋，而不是一間擺弄華麗的房屋。

A simple house like it actually belongs there, but still a bit nicer than the average farm.

Has a sleeping loft for the player (A real Dovaakin sleeps alone!), a bit of storage (not designed for loot whores:), cooking station, lounge for book reading, and a  dining table. All in a basic design like the rest of the game, but still a bit of an edge of niceness - like it's an expensive home, just not an ostentatious one.

Gazebo has an alchemy station, because, damn, concocting potions is so stinky, especially restoration ones! I'm not doing that inside, ew!

The boat transports you to the tiny island in front, which is a great place to chill with your favorite follower and drink some quality mead and watch the stars.

Map marker is called "Small House". You can travel from the interior cell.

This mod is still in somewhat of an early stage - several details are remaining but I'm doing it for my VR playthough and wouldn't mid some feedback from the community via the forum.

• Bookshelf not yet functional
• lights still on at daytime
• idle markers not yet tested with several followers
• porch layout is a bit odd still
• quest-based acquisition like Breezehome could be nice but I doubt I'll ever figure that out
