Slow to repair

Fixed the slowdown effect from frost spells, making them more useful. NPCs are now slower.

Fixed bug where NPCs were not affected by slow effects. To do this, it attempts to equip NPCs with blank armor through a script with slow effects. This should make Frost Spell more useful. This will just give you the slowness effect your NPCs have been enjoying for the past 8 years, it won't add any new effects and will only fix NPCs that are not updating their movement speed correctly.

Install

Copy the ESP and Script folders to your Data folder and enable it in the mod loader of your choice.

Delete the ESP file from the "Data" folder and delete SlowFix.pex from the "Scripts" folder.
