修復慢

修正了霜凍法術帶來的緩慢效果，使它們更加有用。 NPC現在變慢了。

Description

Fixes the bug where NPCs aren't affected by the Slow effect. It does this by attempting to equip a blank armour item to the NPC via a script attached to the slow effect. This should make frost spells much more useful. This only gives you the same slow effect that NPCs have been enjoying for the past 8 years, it does not add any new effects, it only fixes NPCs not properly updating their movement speed.

Copy the ESP and Script folder to your Data folder, enable it in your mod loader of choice.

Delete the ESP file from the Data folder and SlowFix.pex from the Scripts folder.
