Clean up the mess in Sinderion's laboratory so you can live there.

Upgrade your furniture because no sane person sleeps on rocks!

Removes cobwebs, mist, gravel, and falling rocks.

Allows players to have safe storage of two Dwemer chests.

Replace banners and carpets with new clean ones without holes.

New location name that does not share keywords with Blackreach, such as "Falmer Hive"

Correct keywords like "Player's House" and "House"

Add a Blacksmith workbench, maybe you'll find it useful.

Add a new backpack and move the existing backpack to the foot of the bed.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
