With the touch of a Dwemer button...
Clean up the mess in Sinderion's Field Laboratory so you can live there.
Upgrade the furniture, because no sane person sleeps on stone!
Removes cobwebs, mist, rubble, fallen stones.
Makes the two Dwemer chests Player owned for safe storage.
Replaces banners and rugs with new clean ones without holes.
New Location name, does not share Keywords with Blackreach, like "Falmer Hive"
Proper Keywords, like "Player Home" and "House"
Adds a Blacksmith workbench, maybe you'll find it useful.
Adds a new Knapsack and moves existing one to the foot of the bed.
