Minor changes to the perk tree and crafting system for a more balanced game.
I created this mod because I was tired of stealth shooters and warrior builds being so ridiculously overpowering in the late game, while other builds like mages were weak in comparison without the use of exploits. That's another thing. I'm tired of all the games that are ruining the game.
Without further ado here is what this mod does.
Fortify the Charming Potion has been changed to strengthen the destruction cost to remove the Charming alchemical cycle.
Fortified Blacksmith Potion has been changed to Fortified Brawl to prevent melee builds from being too powerful.
Healing potions now heal over time instead of immediately.
Food now heals over time instead of instantly and only works outside of combat.
Enchantments such as Enhanced Destruction have been changed to enhance the size of magic skills rather than preventing free spellcasting attacks from costing them, and to bring the mage build to the same level as any other build.
I reduced the chance of being applied to each element in the Chaos Ward so that it no longer gives up the best weapon enchantments. Don't worry it's still good and on par with other weapon enchantments. Other enchantments have been buffed or nerfed in a way that I think balances them out.
Weapon enchantments no longer benefit from breaking enchantments and perks.
Offensive illusion spells no longer always have an effect on your enemies, instead they have a 25% (50% combined with the right perks) chance of success. Illusions are still useful in the game now.
Perk trees have been completely revamped. I only changed the default privileges. I haven't added anything new.
Compatibility: This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't affect the changes listed. If this is the case, then putting your favorite one in your load order should still work.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
