describe:
This mode is best used for mage or general Magicka enhanced character builds.
This mod adds a small power that can be equipped in either hand, spells will be removed (almost, set cooldown to 5 seconds to prevent spam;) Shout cooldown and reduced Magicka replacement.
The amount of Machka and/or Stamina consumed is shown as a notification in the upper left corner.
If you don't have enough Magicka, you'll use less Magicka, but the energy will be consumed at its full cost.
If you're short of Machika and Stamina, they'll both be consumed at their full cost, as well as half your current health. cannot be killed).
If you want to keep the cost down, you can wait for the timer to lower naturally and then cast a smaller power, or use magic/items to reduce the call cooldown (such as Talos' Amulet).
Add spelling using console command > Addition 7e002849 Get BaseID > Help "Shout of Magicka Channel"
There is a ring that gives you less power when it's equipped and removes it when it's unequipped.
The Circle is located in a chest in the center room of High Hosegar.
Add-on 7e0012c3 1 Get BaseID>Help "Magicka Channel Shouts"
I also added a Thom (these two variants are purely aesthetic) "Secrets of the Shout Spell" that appears in the world (level 10+) as a random loot for the Necromancer instead of the spell body (rarely), whereas in the Necromancer the boss loots the chest at the end (normal).
When you first read this book, it will give you less power and 1 dragonfly soul. Reading first and then reading will only give people the soul of a dragonfly.
Yes, it makes no sense, but this mod makes shouts work like spells, and you need some way to get spells other than killing dragons.
Reading this book off your list will give you a special message (of the fourth wall breaking kind).
To get these documents without random loss, use the console for BaseID:
Help "Scream the Secret of the Spell"
If you find a exploit to get unlimited use of Dragonfly, save your time and use the console ;)
Yes, this has been done before, but all I saw was using the cooldown directly as the cost (i.e. 45 seconds = 45 Magicka).
But I found HMS Shout, which was my first script, very helpful. HMS Shout uses a nice shout cost system.
Specific situation:
The Magicka cost of Call is used (when the spell is cast) using a multiplier of the Call cooldown.
If the cost of Magicka was just cooldown, that would make some shouts too intense (e.g. Unrelenting Power with 3 words only costs 45 Magicka)
If the cooling time is between 1-50 times cost = 250% cooling time
If the cooling time is between 51-100 times cost = 150% cooling time
What if the cooldown is between 101-150? Cost = 125% cooldown time.
If the cooling time is between 151-250 times the cost = 100% cooling time
If the cooldown exceeds 250x every 50 seconds, you get a multiplier from 1 to 0.04.
For example, a 3-word Storm Call is 600 seconds ((600/50=12)/25=0.48)=1-0.48=0.52*600 cost=312 Magicka
formula:
Cooling=c=cost=x
(1-(c/50)/25)*c=x
If you have enough Magicka Magicka - Cost (100%)
If you don't have enough machika but have enough stamina, machika - cost (50%) and stamina - cost (100%)
If you don't have enough Magrica and don't have enough Stamina, Magrica costs (100%) and Stamina costs (100%) & half of your current health.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
