About this mod Machine translation
Cut a loading net between the rough flag and the rifling.
I think someone at Bethesda hates Thieves Guild because they make you do at least 20 repeatable quests for Delvin and Weeks, but put crude flags behind two reload screens. They even made a super sweet graveyard Batcave entrance, but had it pour you into a pool of water instead of a hip flask. Regardless, it always has at least one inner area removed from the outside. no longer!
illustrate
Granted, the easy way around this problem is to add a door to the tattered flag and let it throw you outside. There is no doubt that many existing mods can do this. This mod takes it in a different direction; instead, the main door leading to the Rough Flag now leads directly to the Riften.
Now, it's not just that. When entering the passage from the impromptu catwalk, it leads to a corridor that was added to the tattered flag cells. You could just walk in, but those mean lowlifes Draff and Hunon kept the door shut. The only way is to take a side entrance that takes you through the original passage area, which is unchanged. View the included map for details. Once you're through the passage, you can open the door from the other side and come and go as you please.
FAQ
Q: Will this conflict with other modes?
A: Possible, but unlikely. This mod only modifies some normal reference records, mostly DOORS, so that they point to the correct cells. This mod is mainly an addition to the ragged flagon unit and it should be compatible with most things. The only major conflict is with NavMesh. One major point of conflict is that bedrooms were added to rough flags by the unofficial Skyrim SE patch; I have a patch that fixes the NavMesh, but the only real issue it will cause is that NPCs can't find beds added by USSEP. Any other conflict should be similarly benign. Light overhaul should be ok since they don't really touch the nav mesh.
Q: Why are the areas added by this model so dark?
A: I imagine this might happen to people who are doing light overhauls to make their interiors darker. While testing this module, I started flickering, so I reduced the number of lights I added. I personally use elfx and I think it looks good.
Q: Sometimes when I enter a passage area, my followers go to the wrong door. What to give?
A: I've encountered this issue in testing but was unable to reproduce it consistently. Frankly, I think having two cells connected by multiple doors is a common problem, like Whiterun's shop. I'm doing everything I can to prevent it from happening; if anyone knows of a reliable solution, please let me know.
Q: Those doors don't line up on the map!
A: I bet you were fun at the party. You have to use your imagination; I didn't want to add a bunch of extraneous corridors, especially when I wanted the players to essentially only have to enter the passage once.
Install
Install using NMM or put the .esp into the data folder.
If you use a patch for USSEP, make sure it is loaded after the main file; it is not named the main file but will be overwritten by the main file's navmesh.

I think someone at Bethesda hated the Thieves' Guild because they make you do at least twenty repeatable quests for Delvin and Vex, but put the Ragged Flagon behind two loading screens. They even made a super-sweet graveyard batcave entrance, but made it dump you into the Cistern instead of the Flagon. Either way, it's always at least one interior zone removed from the outside. No more!
Description
Admittedly the simple way to fix this would be to add another door to the Ragged Flagon and have it drop you outside. There are no doubt many existing mods that do that. This mod takes it in a different direction; instead, the main door to the Ragged Flagon now leads right outside to Riften.
Now, it doesn't quite do just that. When entering the Ratway from the Riften catwalk level, it leads to a ha …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
