If your like me and have been disappointed with the vanilla Ash Hoppers, then this mod is for you.  This mod replaces the vanilla Ash Hopper skeleton with a new custom skeleton meant to give the Ash Hoppers of Solstheim a more menacing, vile and repulsive appearance. Working within the confines of the vanilla mesh, I adjusted the head, legs, torso, and abdomen. These subtle changes to the Ash Hoppers, have transformed the vanilla Ash Hoppers into a vile six legged abomination that you'll dread to encounter on the island of Solstheim! This affects all Ash Hoppers in Skyrim!

Animations, Combat and Kill-Moves still work perfectly!

[ [ [ MOD COMPATIBILITY ] ] ]

Heinous Ash Hoppers uses a custom skeleton for the Vanilla Ash Hoppers and will overwrite any mod that makes changes to the vanilla Ash Hopper skeleton.  Mods that make sweeping changes to vanilla skeletons e.g."Realistic Ragdoll and Force" should be compatible as long as "Heinous Ash Hoppers" is installed after those mods and allowed to overwrite their files.

Should be fully compatible with any texture mods, since this mod contains no textures of it's own only a skeleton.  Which also makes it compatible with most other creature mods that do not edit vanilla skeletons.

Recommend Mod Manager or your favorite mod manager.

Install "Heinous Ash Hoppers" after any mod that makes changes to the vanilla Ash Hoppers and click "Yes to all" when prompted to overwrite any files.

There is no ".esp plugin" with this mod.
