About this mod Machine translation
This is a patch for Blackstone Weather, Water's Edge fixes and Dark Nights that play well together.
First of all, thanks to kojak747, LoD7995 and the authors of these great must-have mods Inexcusable! All credit goes to their hard work and efforts.
This fix forwards entries from Water's Edge Fix (WEF) to Darker Nights (DN) so you can get dark nights again. WEF changes OW's fog records, which are also referenced by DN. I use Obsidian Weather (OW) so I used Obsidian compatible versions of other mods during the installation process.
So this mod is used with the following settings and requires this loading order:
ObsidianWeathers.esp
ObsidianWaterFix.esp
DarkerNights.esp (Level 3)
It only works in this setting. If you have a different weather type installed, or you are using a different darkness level, you can do it yourself through SSEdit. Just choose your favorite DarkerNight preset (mine is always DN 03) and do the following:
Thanks KernLTX for this little tutorial!
Load orders in SSEdit:
Obsidian Weathers.esp (or resp. your weather model)
Obsidian WaterFix.esp (or weather fix accordingly)
DarkerNights.esp
Step 1:
Select the "Weather" GRUP from ObsidianWaterFix.esp and right click
Deep copy to overwrite... DarkerNights.esp
Step 2.
Apply the following operations to conflicting records:
Step 3.
Save the .esp and make sure to check it before closing SSEdit

This Patch forwards the entries from Water´s Edge Fix (WEF) to Darker Nights (DN) in order to get dark nights again. WEF changed fog records from OW, which are also referenced by DN. I´m using Obsidian Weathers (OW), so i took the Obsidian compatible version of the other mods during installation.
So this mod is for following setup and needs this load order:
Obsidian Weathers.esp
ObsidianWaterFix.esp
DarkerNights.esp (Level 3)
It will only work with this setting. If you have another weather type installed, or you´re using another darkness level, you can do it by yourself via SSEdit. Just select your DarkerNight favorite preset (mine is always 03 for DN) and do the following manipulations:

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
