Small house near Whiterun Stables

This is a small players home located near Whiterun Stables.

There are no markers, so no fast travel. But it does lie close to the stables.

The houses are all owned by the players.

This is an esp only mod, I use texture mods so it may not look like your screenshots.

Everything inside is static, personalized design choices, I prefer things that stay ;)

All containers are safe and the bed will give a "good rest reward"

It has all the crafting stations except a sniffer. No navmesh.

You can do whatever you want with it, I'm just giving back to the community ;)

Hope you like it.
