Here is a small player home located near Whiterun Stables.

No marker, so no fast travel. But it's really near the stables.

The house is allready owned by the player.

It's an esp only mod, I use textures mods so it might not looks like the screenshots for you.

Everything inside is static, personnal choice of design, I prefer things to stay put;)

All containers are safe, bed will give "well rested bonus"

It has all crafting station except a smellter. No navmesh.

You can do whatever you want with it, I'm just giving back to the community;)

Hope you enjoy.
