More balanced freeze time power

If you like having the power to stop time, but don't want to be the stupid OP, then this mod is for you!

This is a simple mod that adds a spell to the game.

Freezing time<

• This spell does not cost any mana, but...
• It's toggleable, you can turn it on or off.
• While time is frozen, you lose 10 health points every second
• Each time you use a power-up, your health will also be reduced by 25 points.

-Health debuff lasts 30 seconds, then stacks

• This means that every time you use a power-up, you also become weaker. Using power multiple times in a row can be very dangerous as you can lose a lot of health (or even die if you're not careful).
• If your health is low, using the power source may result in severe death.
• To be on the safe side, you should consider this power to be a double-edged sword. Very balanced!

• It's toggleable, you can turn it on or off.
• You lost 10 health per second while the time is frozen
• Your health is also reduced by 25 points everytime you use the power.
• The health debuff lasts for 30 seconds and it stacks
• Which means that everytime you use the power, you also get weaker. Using the power multiple times in a row could be very risky because you lose a lot of health(Even causes death if you're not careful).
• Using the power if you have low health could result in a severe case of Deathness.
• To be safe, you should consider this power a double-edged sword. Very balanced!
