更平衡的凍結時間力量

如果你喜歡有一種能夠停止時間的力量，但又不想成爲愚蠢的OP，那麼這款mod適合你！

這是一個簡單的mod，爲遊戲添加一個咒語。

凍結時間<

• 這個法術不會花費任何魔法，但......
• 它可以切換，你可以打開或關閉它。
• 當時間凍結時，你每秒失去10點生命值
• 每次使用電源時，您的健康狀況也會降低25點。
• 健康debuff持續30秒，然後疊加
• 這意味着每次使用電源時，你也會變弱。 連續多次使用電源可能會非常危險，因爲你會失去很多健康（如果你不小心，甚至導致死亡）。
• 如果您的健康狀況不佳，請使用電源可能導致嚴重的死亡情況。
• 爲了安全起見，你應該認爲這種力量是一把雙刃劍。 很平衡！

This is a simple mod that adds a single spell to the game.

Freeze Time<

• The spell doesn't cost any magicka, but...
• It's toggleable, you can turn it on or off.
• You lost 10 health per second while the time is frozen
• Your health is also reduced by 25 points everytime you use the power.
• The health debuff lasts for 30 seconds and it stacks
• Which means that everytime you use the power, you also get weaker. Using the power multiple times in a row could be very risky because you lose a lot of health(Even causes death if you're not careful).
• Using the power if you have low health could result in a severe case of Deathness.
• To be safe, you should consider this power a double-edged sword. Very balanced!
