About this mod Machine translation
Name the NPCs and/or objects whatever you want. This is a lightweight plugin (tagged esp for esl) that won't take up a plugin slot in your load order! :) NOTE: Be sure to read Sticky's original mod without the esl flag:
The following is quoted from the original mod's page.
NOTE: Despite stating that this mod and its requirements are all in "alpha/beta", this is no longer the case for the requirements (SKSE & SkyUI) and this mod is stable. Having said that, I highly recommend using MO2/Vortex with LOOT, x/z/SSE Edit, Wrye Bash, Mator Smash, Nifopt, Asset Optimizer, etc. - they are all invaluable tools that will save you a lot of time and headaches. It never hurts to check for conflicts and make sure everything is working properly.
This mod and all its requirements are in alpha/beta - don't use it on anything/anyone, and don't save it where you can't afford it

limitation
If you delete the mod then the NPC names will be restored. They are not permanent, so
Need to be active to reapply them when the game loads
Object names will usually be restored as well, but there are exceptions
Renaming a non-unique NPC (basically any randomly generated NPC) renames every NPC of that type
Sometimes it is necessary to save and reload the game to visually update the name
If an NPC has had its name changed by using a quest alias, it is permanent and therefore cannot be edited by this mod.
If an NPC has a changed name in one save, it can also have that name in another save
You load it in the same session. This is just using
Cache renamed versions for faster loading. Restart Skyrim and load
If distracted, play the game again.
These are game limitations that are even mentioned a lot on the CreationKit Wiki, and are unlikely to be fixed. At least not me.
How to use
Approach NPC/object until current name is displayed
Bring up menu
Enter new name
Finish
For NPCs or objects that have been registered with new names, the option to delete them will also appear in the menu
To use the hotkey option you need SkyUILib, otherwise the popup will not be displayed. If you're using the converted Oldrim mod, you probably already have it, as many bundle it.

LIMITATIONS
NPC names will revert if you remove the mod. They're not permanent so it
needs to be active in order to reapply them on game load
Object names will generally revert too but there are exceptions
Renaming a non-unique NPC, basically any randomly spawned, may rename every NPC of that type
Sometimes saving and reloading the game is required for the name to be visually updated
If the NPC has already had it's named changed through the use of a quest alias it's permanent and cannot be edited by this mod.
A NPC with a changed name in one save may have it in another as well if
you load it during the same session. This is just the game using a
cached renamed version to speed up loading. Restart Skyrim and load the
game again if it's distracting.
These are game limitations many even mentioned on the CreationKit wiki and not likely to be fixed. At least not by me.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
