It breaks Imperious when it is lower in Skurim's Imperious Races in your load order and when Imperious is lower it causes an issue with an interesting NPC, Korrilan, who runs a shop called The House of Garments in Riften, where he gets stuck on the floor and becomes unresponsive. When Interesting NPC's is lower than Imperious Races of Skyrim in your load order it breaks Imperious and when Imperious is lower is causing an issue with one of the interesting NPC's, Korrilan, who runs a shop in Riften called The House of Garments where he gets stuck in the floor and becomes unresponsive.
