When Interesting NPC's is lower than Imperious Races of Skyrim in your load order it breaks Imperious and when Imperious is lower is causing an issue with one of the interesting NPC's, Korrilan, who runs a shop in Riften called The House of Garments where he gets stuck in the floor and becomes unresponsive. Here is a video of the issue:
This simple patch fixes the issue. Just run LOOT and it will place all the files (Interesting NPC's, Imperious, and this patch) in the right places. Eat cake!
安裝與使用 安裝：按包內說明操作
