You can now find dead chickens hanging next to rabbits and pheasants in the vanilla game. Since they were one of the most common food sources for Norse people, it makes perfect sense that they would appear in Norse houses along with the carcasses of other small animals that were slaughtered for food.

This mod provides 6 new high-detail models, 4k textures and 2k normal maps, which is awesome. They are distributed in the game along with dead rabbits and pheasants, but do not replace them, and can be looted to obtain "Chicken Breasts". However, unlike the other two species, they are found only on farms, towns and cities, and not in hunters' camps, for the obvious reason that they are not game animals, and because it is only in these places that people keep chickens for game.

There are no requirements for this mod, but for better visual consistency and immersion I recommend using:

By using them, the live chickens in the game will resemble the hanging dead chickens added by this mod.

So far, no incompatibilities between this mod and other mods have been discovered.

(OBS - If by chance while installing several Mihail's mods at the same time you get asked about files overwriting files from other Mihail mods or mods from other authors, don't worry as they are just the same files shared between mods. I recommend in these cases to always give priority to the files contained in my mod, and to always give priority to the last mod you installed in my mod.)

Update on Deadlands development: Unfortunately, I will be delaying the first public alpha test of Project Deadlands until late January 2023. Originally planned for late September 2022, it was later pushed back to mid-October of the same year, but circumstances kept holding me back, so rather than pushing it back another month at the end of October, and then another month at the end of November, I preferred to set a more realistic date. Unfortunately, I have been facing personal, financial and major family problems (which ended up being financial as well) which prevent me from devoting my full time to this project at the moment, so I will focus on faster and smaller jobs for the remaining 3 months of the year, so I will continue to be active and I will not stop making content, and then on January 1st, with everything in my life more stable, I will be able to dedicate myself fully to this project.
