About this mod Machine translation
New additions to the in-game environmental story.
One of the things Bethesda does really well is environmental storytelling. Basically the idea is to encounter a corpse or strange sighting in the vast open world and use the clues the surrounding area gives you to piece together the story. I myself have found that this is one thing Bethesda does better than almost any game developer. Wanting to be an amateur storyteller myself, I decided to try my hand at this medium of storytelling. I placed many scenes in Skyrim. Some tragic, some silly, some referencing other media and even some of my friends from the modding community. Can you find them?
future plans
- Keep more implemented. The goal is to hit 100 new additions, which is unlikely to be achieved because I've either run out of ideas or places to get them into the world. Skyrim is vast, but it's still limited. I will add an update every 10 times, adding 100 mark version 1.0.
- Improved clutter in already implemented scenes.
- Maybe, Mabe, look at doing Solsheim. I also want to do Falskaar and other new land mods, although I will be honest I'm a bit lazy.
FAQ
Q: Why is everyone dead?
A: Because of the medium in which these stories are presented, it's difficult to have a living person. In other words, this mod adds 2 living npcs. Well, I guess a year and a half?
Q: Can you make patches for the X mod?
Answer: Probably yes. I don't use many mods myself, so compatibility hasn't been tested, although I have a list of mods I'm concerned about. If you find a problem, please mention it in the post tag. In the worst case you will have clipped objects without any CTD or corrupted saves.
Q: Can she open it?
A: Yes, but only with help in certain modes.
Q: Some of the new objects in your mod exist when I approach them.
Answer: Yes, because these objects do not have LODs generated for them. If this bothers you, run SSELODGen or Dyndolod.
Question: LE version.
A: It’s not difficult to do it yourself.
Compatibility issues
Here is a list of mods that I (potentially) have issues with, although I doubt there are any issues and I'm just being erring on the side of caution. I'll confirm over time if they are there, worst case scenario you have clipping objects as this mod doesn't have scripts or anything like that.
Legacy of the Dragon Clan
Beyond the Sky: Bruma
forgotten dungeon
Skyrim Man (any version)
Confirm incompatibility
Vendors - Skyrim's Tragic Tales: There is overlap between the two mods in terms of NPCs and story.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
