About this mod Machine translation
As Wylandriah notes on "Arcane Sorcerer Basics," activating Arcane Sorcerer allows you to transfer existing enchantments between items, or rename items without using the enchantment skill.
Enchanting is a skill your character doesn't want to learn, but are you tired of finding nice armor, clothes, and weapons but finding other items with strong enchantments and hoping you can transfer the enchantment? Do you sometimes forget to rename your items when you confuse them?
If so, just find a copy of "Arcane Sorcerer Fundamentals" and you will learn the secrets of passing enchantments directly without having to learn them or change their enchantments to rename items. This little book is simply Wylandriah's notes on the subject. She turned out to be lying somewhere, and she sent a copy to the College of Winterhold. Falada sometimes uses a copy of the academy so she can reach the top shelf of her closet.
While activating any arcane magician, hold the Wabbajack in your right hand. Sheogorath seems to like Wylandriah's work. :)
Wylandriah's Notes
Arcane Magician Basics
Why do we call them arcane magicians? Is it because this is their most powerful feature? Why not Arcane Disenchanters? Or the Arcane Renamer? Or arcane sensor? Why do so many people fail to notice their basic functionality? Activating basic functionality only requires access to the outside space in a few simple steps. I've listed them on the last few pages. For some reason I tend to omit step 27 myself, so you may want to keep this in mind while trying to access the basic functionality of Arcane Magician.
The simplest basic feature is project tagging (also known as renaming to some people). Giving an item its own tag simply places it into a hyperdimensional space. You can only mark one item at a time, but it can be enchanted or raw.
[The wandering theory goes on for dozens of pages. ]
The second basic feature is enchantment transfer. It's as simple as placing two items into an extra dimension, one with an enchantment and one with a ward. What happens depends on the exact project. If they are incompatible, then usually the arcane magician will just reject both. Enchantments will be transferred when they are compatible. Unfortunately, the original magic items are often destroyed in the process. (Though I suspect it did get transported to some different extradimensional space.) Putting more than two items in never seemed to do anything.
Rumor has it that by holding a daedric artifact in your right hand, you can shift almost any enchantment in any way you like. This sounds crazy to me.
[More rambles follow followed by a committed list of steps. COC CDC_ESCELL is scrawled in the margin. ]
[Note: Discard the book to enchant normally. ]
Known issues and limitations
If holding Wabbajack, you will be able to bypass normal enchantment restrictions. This means you could end up losing a quest item or losing balance in your game. The original items aren't really broken, so if you need some, just use the console commands in Wylandriah's book and grab it from the barrel on the bridge.
The effects of some seemingly mesmerizing projects are actually achieved through perks or scripts. This mod can only transfer real enchantments. Supporting other projects requires editing permissions and scripts unique to each project.

Is Enchanting a skill your character just doesn't want to learn but you are tired of finding great looking armor, clothing, and weapons but then finding other items with great enchantments and wish you could transfer the enchantment? Do you sometimes forget to rename your items while you're enchanting them?
If so, just find a copy of "Arcane Enchanter Basics" and you'll learn the secrets for directly transferring enchantments without needing to learn them and for renaming items without changing their enchantment. The small book is just Wylandriah's notes on the subject. She has the original lying around …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
