What, how to do it?
Sometimes late at night I start asking myself why an old pattern doesn't work in SE. Sometimes, like now, it's just a matter of brute force and ignorance that gets the job done. In this case it's decompressing the BSA file and running the mod through CK. After testing it multiple times, it seems to work as advertised. (I also have Papyrus and I doubt this will be of any use.)
No, don't ask me what's going on, you'd better ask Todd.
To check if it's working in game, open the console and type "getGlobalValue TimeScale" and check if it has changed to what you selected in the MCM menu (yes, this works too, please do the math, eh)
All hail Kay Albee! The original author, the genius, the wizard, he put in all the hard work.

public domain
(I'm Keith) When I created this module I put it in the public domain, and now I'm officially saying that the dynamic timescale is public domain. I've done everything I can to do this. If you want to change the pattern, translate it, rip it off, or lay it on rails and flatten it like a penny, then so be it. Don’t ask, just do it. While my work is appreciated, it's not necessary.
Is this thing useful?
This mod does two things. First, it changes your time scale depending on whether your character is indoors, outdoors, running around in the wilds of Horizon, and whether you're in combat. Second, it can perform
Automatically save periodically or after specific events (especially after combat or after unlocking).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
