More chickens have been added to the game. Well, they actually replace certain baskets, so you have chickens appearing in more immersive places, like graves. Birds are known to like to roost where carcasses are stored. Foul odor helps with fertility because it brings a sense of purpose to life.

As a result, Skyrim is now more interesting. While it is now impossible to create poultry, creating Sheogorath from a chicken carcass is not.
