Just a simple patch made with SSEEdit to balance Bluarchon's Champions of Kynareth with the transformation forms added by the Wrath of Nature mod.
I've always liked Bluarchon's Kynareth and Wrath of Nature mod champions. It really adds some much-needed druidic flavor to Skyrim. However, I feel like the added transitions are a bit unbalanced. It seems that Ice Wolf and Fire Tiger are too weak against Nature's Wrath. They don't deal enough damage and can't take much damage. However, the bear appeared to be overwhelmed. Not only did it cause the most damage of all (there's a huge difference between bears and the other three), but it also probably suffered the most damage by far. Spriggan's form, while also quite powerful, also feels difficult to understand due to its magicka limitations. It may run out of magicka quickly and regenerate magicka rather slowly.
I feel a similar problem is plaguing the Kynareth mod's champions. Spider form is very powerful...too powerful. It can bog down almost any enemy you encounter. The "Wasp" form, on the other hand, while cool in theory, moves very slowly and does too little damage. The purpose of this mod is to address these diseases.
I try to keep a balance of all aspects, each with its pros and cons. I don't want to confuse the user by always using one particular form (i.e. just bear or spider form). Each form has its own combat capabilities. Below I've posted the specific changes I made to each aspect

Frost's Aspects
Icicle spell damage increased (attacks left and right simultaneously) - I did this because it seemed too weak to be used as a strong stamina-using ability. Some icicles are also easy to lose, so I made it so only hitting 1 or 2 shots would still be worth using the casted stamina
Changed the Icicle spell from School of Transformation to Destruction - this will make the spell benefit from the Destruction perk. It seems strange to me to classify an icebreaker damage spell as an alter.
Damage increased on all melee attacks - Wolves seem too weak to me. Despite being fast, the severe sluggish attack damage outweighs any potential benefits of increased speed (in my opinion). I still want wolves to be a viable combat option.
The damage of the lunge attack (jumping action) is further increased - pressing space will cause the wolf to pause for a moment before lunging again... but this attack does no more damage than the regular attack. I did, so the short pause was worth it for the extra damage. I would also classify this as a power attack, so it will break through barriers.
Water walking is allowed at all levels - you no longer need to wait until level 40 to walk. It seems a bit strange to me that a practical ability like this is locked away behind a level. Regardless of your level, you can now gain the ability to walk on water as a wolf.
aspect of fire
Incinerate spells (proper attack spells) do increased damage - this stamina draining ability just doesn't sit well with me. I'm not as powerful as a regular attack, but I do make it a viable option for ranged combat if for some reason you can't close the distance to your enemy. Melee attacks are still more efficient as a shot, but this should at least make the Incinerate spell useful
All melee attacks deal increased damage - the shooting aspect now does the most damage of any aspect, he's not overpowering, but there is a clear difference between the tiger and the other aspects added by WoN. I hope the advantage in this is the damage done to him.
Slightly reduced movement speed - It might not even be noticeable, but I once had a tiger's movement speed reduced so slightly. It feels like there isn't a big enough gap between wolves and tigers to make reasonable use of tigers. This very minor nerf should (hopefully) fix the issue.
earth aspect
Reduces damage from all melee attacks - Bears deal significantly more damage than otherwise. Not yet. This makes him the only viable aspect of the fight. I hope reducing his damage will s …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
