Add 173 Hearthfire Planter soil to Winterhold Outdoor Area Academy.
Planter soil is included in 1 of 2 custom grids. One custom mesh is a modified well and the other is a modified pit; they reference vanilla textures (textures are not included with this mod)
Each "half-well" surrounds 4 planters; each pit surrounds 1 planter

3 - Hall roof obtained: 6 half wells (24 planters) + 8 pits (8 planters) = 32 planters
4 - Roof of the Hall of Faces: 6 half wells (24 planters) + 8 pits (8 planters) = 32 planters
