Adds 173 Hearthfire Planter Soils to College of Winterhold outdoor area.

Planter Soils are enclosed in 1 of 2 custom meshes. One custom mesh is a modified well and the other is a modified pit; They reference vanilla textures (this mod contains no textures)

Each "half-well" encloses 4 planters; Each pit encloses 1 planter

-------------  Location of planters (all planters are outside on 2nd level and above) --------------------------------------------------------------

1- Arch-Mage's roof: 11 half-wells (44 planters) + 12 pits (12 planters) = 56 planters

2 - outside of the Arcanaeum (balcony around the main tower): 9 half-wells (36 planters) + 17 pits (17 soils) = 53 planters

3 - roof of Hall of Attainment: 6 half-wells (24 planter soils) + 8 pits (8 planters) = 32 planters

4 - roof of Hall of Countenance: 6 half-wells (24 planter soils) + 8 pits (8 planters) = 32 planters

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Designed to use minimum space

No interiors are modified.  No vanilla items are modified/moved in the outdoor areas.

Hearthfire planter soils contain scripts; I am unsure how they affect a saved game when uninstalling, modifying, or updating this mod.
