I found the mechanics that installed CGO and TUDM completely by accident. Apparently, jumping twice with CGO allows your character to dodge mid-air, so you can actually dash/dodge. Even though this mechanic is a side effect of CGO, it's cool and I'd like to see if the DS Servant can completely dodge the air without having to jump twice.
Where did I get this idea:
The idea came about after a mod called glenmoril was released which had a lot of gory influence, so I thought I'd make the game more gory by adding appropriate animations like dash dodging and blood vial repair (from another mod of mine). The Ultimate Dodge Mod is a great starting point as it doesn't deal with any scripting and is entirely a behavior based Dodge system. It also has weight dependence and stamina controls like dark souls and gore, and doesn't allow mid-swing for dodge, which makes it more balanced for me and why I don't like td dodge and CGO's version of the dodge system.
Tk Dodge and CGO:
Although not a priority for me, I might start making dodging animations for CGO. I really wanted to make this a CGO only mod, but with the release of CGO I was disappointed to see that it didn't have as many features as TUDM, so I postponed its development and will consider using it later. Currently, TUDM seems to be the best when it comes to dodge setups and dodge mechanics, so it will be the main module I use for my animations. I'm not willing to animate tk dodge at all because I personally don't use it and I don't like the lag it would cause with using a script. I only animate mods that I use or will use in the future, so unfortunately for some people, their dodge mods won't get the animations. As for CGO, I would consider animating it, but I'd really like it to have more features like TUDM, so it's not on my to-do list at the moment.
Install:
manual-
You need to install the Ultimate Dodge mod for the animation to work properly.
- Manually install TUDM in the Mod Manager of your choice
- Once the installation is complete, open the folders for TUDM and my mods
- Drag and drop animations from my mod into TUDM's animations (remember to backup TUDM's original animations)
-Run Nemesis or Fnis, whichever you use
- (Also don't forget to use the sound patch so you can hear the dodge sounds while scrolling)
Mod Manager Installation-
If you installed the Ultimate Dodge Mod via the Mod Manager, you can simply download My Mods and select the file merged with TUDM to replace the animations in the folder.
-Run Nemesis or Fnis, whichever you use
- (Also don't forget to use the sound patch so you can hear the dodge sounds while scrolling)
Things to note:
- If you only want to replace the roll or step dodge individually, you will need to manually replace the file with the roll name or step dodge name. (If you still need TUDM's normal rolling or step dodging but want some animations from my mod
- You can mix and match animations as needed, so you can have spin dodge for left and right directions, dash dodge for forward and backward directions, or vice versa. Animate however you want.
My other mods:

I found a totally unintended mechanic with CGO and TUDM installed. Apparently jumping twice with CGO allows your character to be able to dodge mid air so you can actually air dash/dodge. Even though this mechanic is a side effect of CGO's it is cool and i would like to see if DS Servant can allow air dodging fully without having to …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
