【DRAGONSREACH MOD】Updated to 5.03 on September 19th

Name: Wildcat - Combat of Skyrim

Author: EnaiSiaion

Chinese: Achifeixiang

Version: 5.03

Original address:

Version 4.0 is completely reset, please read the MOD instructions again.

This mod is highly customizable. God E's original intention is that in the legendary difficulty, the battle should be similar to the real situation. Each hit will cause significant damage to both the enemy and ourselves. If you don't like it, you can modify the relevant damage coefficient in the MCM menu in the veteran difficulty.

This mod does not require FNIS or SKSE and directly supports Skyrim Remastered. In other words, mods that require SKSE and FNIS need to be updated to be compatible with Skyrim Remastered.

The combat-related mod combinations I currently use are for reference only. Vigor + Wildcat + Combat Fatigue + Combat Behavior Improved + Mortal Enemies + Tk dodge, the damage coefficient uses Wildcat's default legendary difficulty.

Mod introduction:

The Internet is a paradise for cats.

The new work of E God (EnaiSiaion), the N.net master-level author. (Apocalypse Magic, Sound of Thunder, Ordinator, etc. are all his works).

This mod makes combat AI more responsive, introduces the concept of combat injuries and increases damage values. The aim is to make the battles more dangerous and varied, unlike the original water-balloon battles. It implements a lot of functionality with minimal scripting and without the danger of archive bloat.

feature:

More effective combat AI: revised combat style and gameplay settings.

Injuries sustained in combat can have significant consequences.

There will be more instinctive fighting due to injuries and imbalances.

Increased damage value.

Lightweight script, no danger of archive bloat.

Can be used directly in existing archives.

If Skyui is installed, there is an MCM menu to adjust various configurations (Skyui does not have to be pre-installed). This Mod is highly customizable.

Fight for your life!

Improved combat AI.

Most combat style and combat-related game settings have been adjusted. The enemies in the original game were very slow and lacked initiative, this mod makes them more decisive and aggressive.

Injuried:

When a player or another NPC falls below 50%, 35% or 20% health, they will be temporarily unbalanced and may suffer a random injury status, which will be determined by the race of the injured person. Each damage has an immediate "trauma" effect, representing pain and shock, as well as an ongoing injury effect. The injured person regains full health or returns to normal after five minutes. Undead are immune to the effects of trauma, but still suffer the effects of ongoing damage.

Injured area:

Arm/Foreleg Injury: Reduced health and a chance to become unbalanced when attacking. Trauma: The target is disarmed.

Chest injury: Stops stamina recovery and will quickly deplete stamina. Trauma: Loss of half of current life.

Head Injury: Stops mana regeneration and will quickly drain mana. Trauma: The target will be damaged by your own spells.

Head/Hind Leg Injuries: There is a chance of being unbalanced when running or jumping while sprinting. Trauma: The target will fall.

Spinal Injury: Slams and Shield Bashes deal double damage and knock you down. Trauma: The target becomes paralyzed when low on health.

A prompt message will appear when you are injured, and you can also cause injuries to your enemies. The above chances can be adjusted through the MCM menu, and the injury mechanism can be disabled through the MCM menu.

Timed block:

Blocking an attack within one second of raising a shield or weapon will increase your attack power by 20% and stagger the attacker. This feature can be turned off in the MCM menu.

Injury versions above 4.00 have been greatly upgraded and simplified. The number of injured parts has been reduced from 15 to 5, and the trauma effect has been added.

Instinct combat:

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
