illustrate:

Welcome! Some people dared to venture into the Moria mining area, but few survived. The magnificent view from the entrance of Hall 21 to the Khazad-Dum bridge is breathtaking. Moria is a wondrous, wondrous and dangerous place to explore. Originally discovered by the Dwarves and mined for its rich deposits of Quicksilver, the stories surrounding the dark mines of Moria are the stuff of legend. The dwarves dug too deep with greed, awakening an ancient evil in the darkness of Khazad Doom. The dwarves of Moria were defeated. For years, orcs and goblins claimed Moria as their own. Fundin's son Balin has led an expedition into the mines to reclaim their rightful rights. However, no one has heard of the expedition since.

A dark shadow roams free in Moria with fire. Orcs and goblins avoid it. But for brave adventurers, this is the last thing they see when they enter Moria.

This is a revised and expanded version of Moria Mod's Mine of Tomolyons. Now, in addition to the original 4 areas, new areas are included, for a total of 40 areas. Don't despair on the classics you know. This mod is the author's vision for a LotR mine based on Moria.

The entrance to the mine is located near Heartwood Mill in Rift Valley. However, you will have to defeat the Watcher in the water to use Moria!

Clean with TES5Edit.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
