Several common Japanese dishes using eggs have been added!

Raw egg bibimbap

Simple yet delicious Japanese breakfast of hot rice with eggs. After hanging with soy sauce, only keep the egg yolk and discard the egg white, and then put it on the rice. The way to eat it varies from person to person, such as mixing rice and eggs together. It is very common for Japanese people to eat raw egg rice with rice. After all, the eggs they produce can be eaten raw! (Translator's note: Eggs produced in Japan are strictly disinfected and inspected in accordance with the "Hygienic Management Guidelines" formulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, which greatly reduces the chance of people getting poisoned by eating raw eggs.)
