WhyEm's DLC - Ukrainian Translation
🎮 **Welcome to the wild west world of Ukraine! ** This mod brings full Ukrainian translation to the popular **WhyEm's DLC**, allowing you to experience the rich content of over 2500 new items in your native language!
---
✨ Module Introduction
This is the Ukrainian translation of **WhyEm's DLC**. To be honest, I decided to make this translation when I started using this mod, even though the original game doesn't have a full Ukrainian localization yet (but hopefully there will be in the future!).
**Please note**: There may be some minor errors or inaccuracies in the translation. If you find any problems, please leave a message in the comment area and I will try my best to correct it!
---
📋 Prerequisites
Before installing translation, please make sure you have the following mods installed:
- **WhyEm's DLC** - This is the basis of the translation, without which the translation will not work.
- **Red Dead Redemption 2 Ukrainian Localization** - While not strictly required, it is recommended to install for the best experience.
---
🛠️ Installation method
Installation is very easy!
- Unzip the downloaded compressed package.
- Place the extracted files directly into your **Red Dead Redemption 2 game root directory**.
- When prompted to overwrite the file, select **Yes**.
Finish! Now you can enjoy WhyEm's DLC in Ukrainian.

🔧 New content and fixes
This translation mod also contains some additional tweaks and fixes:
*Can remove socks, bags, suspenders, boots, belts, etc.
- Added special selection menus for knives, secondary weapon belts, accessories, etc.
- Added components for saddles such as bridles, stirrups, bow and lantern mounts.
- Added special NPC variants to the gardening tool modification menu.
- Added matching NPC hair color for John.
*Fixed the problem of the winter gunner's clothing and vest wearing the mold.
- Fixed the belt mold-wearing issue when moving.
---
⚠️ Known issues and tips
- **Visual conflicts are not an issue**; they are minimized but expected.
- Some items are not designed for gameplay. They are designed for **photography**.
- Some menus may not appear in the camera preview, such as the equipment menu:
- Browse the hat menu first, then go to the desired menu.
*This also applies to belts.
- **Don't use this mod on new saves**; if you do, use **Rampage Trainer** to fix it.
- If you wear a belt designed for John or Arthur:
- Properly equip/purchase knife sheaths based on gravity.
- Important horse accessories are designed for photography, so currently:
- You will not be able to mount a horse if it has them equipped, this will be fixed later... or not.
- However, you can replace them by using Rampage Trainer's "Teleport to Horse".
- To view recently added horse accessories:
- The first two can be seen after equipping any saddle bag.
- Stirrups can be seen after equipping the Cursed Saddle.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
