Horses of Nycto
Currently there is only one coat color, but more will be added in the future:
🐺 Akhrut
Based on Inuit folklore, Akhlut is a killer whale-like creature capable of transforming into a wolf when it wants to set foot on land. So why not become a horse too?

🛠️ How to use my coat color?
- **You need to install: **
- Script Hook
- LML (Lenny's Mod Loader)
- Asi Loader
- Place the `.ymt` and `.ytd` files into the `stream` folder under the path `.../Rockstar Games/Red Dead Redemption 2/lml/stream`.
- This folder is automatically created the first time you run the game with the necessary mods installed.
🔧 Custom replacement horses
If you want to change a specific horse, you can do so by renaming the `.ymt` file. The file naming rule is: `a_c_horse_breed_coat.ymt`.
**For example:**
Renaming the file to `a_c_horse_americanstandardbred_black.ymt` will replace the **Black American Standardbred** in the game.

⚠️ Important note about RedM
**Please note! ** If you want to use this coat color in **RedM**, please **make sure you ask me first**!
I can provide you with some helpful guidance on how to integrate this horse coat color into RedM, such as creating an entirely new horse instead of replacing an existing one.
I can provide instructions in **English and German**.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
