About this mod Machine translation
describe:
This mod replaces the three default single-seater open tournaments in the game with alternative versions. These focus on races using different championship rules and previously unscheduled track layouts.
No DLC required / GT DLC / Tutorial compatible No changes
It doesn't modify any of the teams or any of the "real F1" features that many mods aim to introduce. It's designed to retain the unlicensed, alternate reality feel of the base MM game, while providing different career starts and in-game experiences for players of all experience levels. Eventually, I hope it will become part of the "ErrantSword" Mods integration pack, which can be activated or deactivated to provide various balancing options.
The mod comes with a new tournament logo and intro screen/video, and like all mods of this type, will only take effect when you start a new career.
The three new tournaments are as follows:
Tier 3 – European Racing Series (ERC)
A streamlined, pure racing experience with a reverse grid and fixed bonuses that promote overall equality. Therefore, a good driver, quick tire stops and successful fuel management are the keys to success. Component development is limited to Spec Engines and Spec Brakes, with a focus on improving design facilities.
- 9 races held in 5 European locations (Tondela D, Milan C, Guildford B, Munich C, Ardennes, Tondela B, Milan B, Guildford A and Munich B).
- Late start and early end every 2 weeks. While primarily intended to keep the gap between race weekends, these allow you time to work on entry-level components and more time for off-season development.
- The revised tournament rules are as follows:
Long practice session (20 minutes)
Reverse Championship Grid (mid-qualifying stages if voted)
short race
60 foot pit speed limit, 6 person pit
No gas
2 pre-ordered dry compound, 9 sets total
Low profile Brutus performance tire
Points for all riders (20 points reduced to 1pt), no bonus points
Physical security vehicle only
Spec engine, spec brakes and no driver aids
Equality-focused bonuses
Tier 2 - Asia Pacific Super Cup (APAC)
A more advanced formula that still supports junior teams, but points are harder to come by. More strategic planning is required to use several high-endurance tires and an 80kg fuel tank to facilitate limited pit stops in most situations. Parts development options can be improved by removing Spec Brakes.
- 12 games held in 6 Asia Pacific regions (Singapore, Pheonix D, Vancouver C, Yokohama C, Beijing E, Pheonix A, Vancouver B, Yokohama B, Beijing C, Pheonix C, Vancouver A and Sydney).
- Delayed start of 2 weeks, end of season in line with WGP.
- The revised tournament rules are as follows:
Medium to long exercise session (15 minutes)
Random grid (if voting, medium length qualifying sessions are used)
middle race
60 foot pit speed limit, 6 person pit
Refuel 80kg tank
3 pre-ordered dry compound, 9 sets total
Grooved Cortes endurance tires
Points for the top ten drivers, plus 2 bonus points for fastest lap
Physical and virtual safety cars
Spec engine, no driver assists
Merit-focused bonuses support £250,000 per game for 10th-placed team
Tier 1 - World Grand Prix (WGP)
Top models, the fastest models compete for limited points and ultimate glory. Although promoted teams receive a one-time bonus, it is difficult to obtain the bonus. A short practice session before qualifying, a small fuel tank and important tire selection combine to provide a complete strategic challenge. Part development options are unrestricted (except driver assistance).
- 16 matches worldwide by region (Dubai D, Doha B, Black Sea D, Rio de Janeiro C, Pheonix E, Vancouver C, Munich D, Milan A, Ardennes, Guildford A, Tondela A, Beijing A, Yokohama A, Singapore, Cape Town and Sydney).
- The revised tournament rules are as follows:
Short practice session (12 minutes)
Medium Qualifier (10 minutes)
long race
40 mph speed limit, full pit crew
Refuel 40kg tank
3 dry tire compounds, free choice of 12 sets

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
