LobbyExpansionFix
Host-only lobby expansion, progression recovery, late joining, and optional NavMesh spawn correction.

Lobby Expansion Fix
Press F1 to open the English host-settings window. It controls the maximum
player count, late joining, and missing bell-countdown recovery. Player-cap
changes apply when the host creates the next room.
While the window is open, the cursor is available and character movement and
camera input are locked. The menu scales to the screen and scrolls when needed.
It also includes an optional host-side correction that projects enemy spawn
requests onto a nearby valid NavMesh point before creating the enemy.
Expanded lobbies can also leave the four-seat purchase screen after four
distinct players complete its leave vote. Players above the original cap no
longer need to disconnect to continue.
The F1 window contains no enemy or item spawning controls.
A host-only compatibility mod for Last Pirates: Die Together.
Features
- Raises Photon Fusion room capacity from 4 to a configurable maximum (16 by default).
- Keeps the public room joinable after a run starts so unmodded clients can attempt a late join.
- Recovers level completion when quota and bell activation synchronize but the bell countdown tick is missing.
- Corrects enemy spawn requests that are slightly outside the baked NavMesh.
- Does not modify the Steam game installation.
Installation
Only the host needs this package. Install it with a -compatible mod manager and launch the game modded. Joining players may launch the unmodded game normally.
Create a new lobby after changing the maximum-player setting; existing Photon rooms retain the capacity they were created with.
Configuration
Settings are created in BepInEx/config/com.bwadd.lastpirates.lobbyexpansionfix.cfg:
- MaxPlayers: Photon room capacity, from 2 to 32.
- EnableLateJoin: Advertise an in-progress room as joinable.
- RecoverMissingBellCountdown: Prevent a replicated bell state with a missing countdown tick from blocking progression.
- CorrectEnemySpawnNavMesh: Correct enemy spawn positions within three metres of a valid NavMesh point.
Limitations
- The game only provides balancing configurations for one to four players, so larger crews use the four-player balance preset.
- Late joining during an active level relies on the game's existing scene and recovery systems. Joining between levels may be more reliable.
- Larger crews can expose additional assumptions in the base game. Please include BepInEx/LogOutput.log when reporting problems.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
