LampPack — 36 craftable placeable lamps
Four lamp designs and nine colors are added to "Human Deposit" as 36 craftable items and saveable buildings. Each lamp features realistic lighting, emissive surfaces, adjustable colors and optional real-time shadows. Craft them at the electronics workbench, place them like the original solar lamp, and press F11 to tune the lamp panel.
Real objects, real buildings
Each fixture and color combination has its own item/building ID, icon, recipe, disassembly data, tooltip, and stable addressable GUID. Names and hints support all 14 game languages. Place lights using the game's own building, collecting, lighting and archiving systems.
✨ Light Team
Desk lamp - compact directional lamp, default light distance 15 meters, with three adjustable joints
Street light - tall double-head directional light, default range 25 meters
Tripod Floodlight – 360° spot light, default range 20m; ideal for a wide range of work areas
Spotlight - adjustable pitch angle, 30-meter real light range, and normal light and visible light beam modes
There are nine variations of each: Warm White, Cool White, Red, Orange, Green, Teal, Blue, Purple and Custom.
✨ What it does
36 individual lights – four designs, nine colors × each color, each can be crafted and recycled
Lighting controls for each bulb - brightness, brightness, cone angle, ambient light and illuminated surface appearance
RGB per variant - independently edit any bulb and color combination, including all custom variants
Optional dynamic shadows - each variant has its own toggle, allowing players to choose the balance between visuals and performance
Articulated models – three table lamp joints and one spotlight pitch joint with safe angle limits
Visible Light Beam - Choose between normal light or a parallel visual beam, then adjust its length and brightness
Live configuration - panel changes apply to placed fixtures; most direct CFG edits take effect after saving the file

The fine print, honestly
Light fixtures are for crafting use only; they are not added to the loot table
All placed fixtures of the same bulb and color variant share RGB, shade, wiring and beam mode settings. Changing a variant updates every copy of that variant
Placement preview uses model default pose; saved joint settings are applied after placement
Columns visible with spotlights are a visual effect. Increasing the length of a column does not extend its actual 30 meter lighting range
The tripod uses a true 360° spot light. Its dynamic shadows are more stringent than directional light shadows, so the shadow switches for its variants are targets for performance control
The original fixture spacing rules from The Human Host still apply: other lights within approximately 1 meter can block the placement.
⚙️Panel and configuration
Press F11 to open the panel or rebind the shortcut key. It provides RGB, shadows, lighting values, joints, spotlight control, UI/language settings, reset and troubleshooting options. The configuration is BepInEx\config\humanhost.lamppack.cfg. Most values will be re-applied after saving. Enable diagnostics
For advanced troubleshooting, reboot required.
Save and uninstall
LampPack lights are real inventory items and buildings, stored by stable GUIDs. Before removing the mod, collect or dismantle all placed LampPack fixtures and remove all LampPack items from backpacks and containers. If the DLL is removed first, the placed model cannot be resolved and the item may become a ghost slot. The save file is not corrupted, but the items will require …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
