Stops big TNT chains from flooding the network and the kill popups, without losing fish value. Also trims voice chat traffic and Opus load.

FloodFix
Fixes the lag, k_EResultLimitExceeded spam and popup flood after exploding lots of TNT in the water.
What it does
- Fish budget: underwater explosions spawn at most FishPerWindow fish per WindowSeconds. Past that, each explosion spawns 1 fish that carries the value of the fish it would have spawned (kill-score multiplier scaled), so earnings stay about the same.
- Kill popups: if MaxKillQueue popups are already pending, new kills are merged into the last one instead of queuing.
- Voice chat: silence is no longer sent 50 times a second (a few trailing empty frames keep the "stopped talking" state), and Opus complexity is lowered (6 -> 3).

Notes
- Works best installed on the host (explosions are server-side). The voice trim helps whoever has it.
- Fish value compensation uses the average of the game's 3-5 fish roll, so a single blast can differ slightly.
- Game version tested: 1.0.12.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
