Author's original text:
-This ReShade simulates HDR via the "True HDR" method, first seen in Unreal Engine 4 games and later in the ENB series.
This is a software-based approach, not "true HDR" for HDR monitors. There is a difference, so try not to confuse them with each other.
I use a series of complex effects that work seamlessly together and will add very precise depth, color, and visual effects to your game.
-Long story short, this isn't some generic ReShade thrown together quickly and just using a few effects.
I spent a lot of time making this ReShade, please consider clicking the Endorse button, it only takes a second
Installation: Copy everything in the "Project Zero Dawn - True HDR v1.4" folder to the main HZD folder. (Where HorizonZeroDawn.exe is located)
Have fun! :)

If your game crashes on launch, rename "dxgi.dll" to "d3d12.dll"
If you have problems, disable the Steam interface
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
