About this mod Machine translation
This tool can convert IDE files from GTA SA/3/VC to .xml.ytyp GTA V format.
Based on the GTA SA IDE to GTA IV IDE script written by my friend OxaKromax.
Note: The ODR file must be a file exported by GIMS EVO.
It supports:
- OBJ。
- TOBJ。
usage:
1-Put all .IDEs in ALL folder.
2-Put all .ODR into the ODR folder (only the .odr file is needed, no folder is required).
3-Open start.bat
4- Press 1 to convert.
5- Check the Generated folder to view the generated files.
6-Import them using OpenIV.
7- If you want to convert the same file again, press 2 to delete the generated file to avoid problems with the script.
Changelog 0.1b
- Files can now be compiled using MetaTool and CodeWalker Explorer v30dev1.
- Added missing value 'bsRadius'.
- Now it only supports exported GIMS EVO files, now it does not work with OpenIV exported files.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
