About this mod Machine translation
High-resolution texture packs, Automatron and Contraptions patches are on the way up. A large DLC patch is in the works.
Additionally, I've standardized the edit IDs for all relevant data to make it easier for me to modify and add content in the future. This is here because it doesn't directly affect the player.
¹: Only inappropriate or irrelevant keywords and references were changed. In large development teams, things are often thrown away in favor of "if it ain't broke don't fix it". But I fixed it anyway. I haven't observed any bugs with these actions as with any mod I've ever made, so I'm pretty confident I know what I'm doing in this regard. If an error is found, I can retrieve the old data and reinsert it into the current version. Since these edits allow me to get content to you faster and easier, I'm willing to bet that I wouldn't have done the job because I wasn't confident in my abilities.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
