About this mod Machine translation
Transform studio mode into a god simulator - giving you all the tools you need to create amazing settlements. Flying, undo button, layers, clone tool, free build mode and more!
Mod author key features:
The settlement layout import/export system is extensible and code-driven for powerful automated settlement construction.
feature:
Auto-save feature so you never forget to save in WS mode
Undo/redo hotkeys
Clone tool - clone individual pieces or entire sections of a design
layers to provide complete control over your design
Draw blueprints for your layers and build copies of them in any settlement
Free build mode without tgm bypasses privileges and ignores resource costs
Tracking system to activate settler or workshop items and find owned items or owners respectively
How to use:
The "God Simulator" thing happens automatically when you enter Workshop Mode. To control these options, access the MCM menu, or if you're not using it, go to the Chemistry Workbench and craft the Workshop+Control Holotape under Utilities.
To use the layer system without hotkeys, go to the Chemistry Workbench and make the Layer Control module under Utilities. You can favorite this item and activate it to display options.
The MCM allows you to use hotkeys in Workshop Mode, and is definitely the preferred way to control layers - so if you find jumping in and out of Workshop Mode to work with layers annoying - grab the MCM and set those hotkeys!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
