About this mod Machine translation
This model contains a lot of things I would be handy to create using any materials and tools if I were actually living in a Fallout wasteland. For example, the "Barrel Fireplace" is one of them. I wondered why Fallout 4 didn't have something like this by default, but now you do.
This mod is basically just that; a mixed collection of all the cool stuff I think the game needs while keeping it as "lore-friendly" as possible.
I'm an experienced modeler, but I'm new to modding Fallout, so if you encounter any bugs let me know. I'll be adding various other lore friendly items to this mod over time, so for now I have Barrel Fireplace and shack pieces. You can find it in the main "Structure" menu of the seminar menu.
Please keep in mind that this mod now requires the settlement menu manager to work properly.
Manual installation:
- Extract the materials, textures and mesh folders into the Fallout 4 installation directory and overwrite them.
- Place woodysWastelandStuff.esp into the data folder. Activate woodsysWastelandStuff.esp in your favorite mod manager.
uninstall:
- Delete woodysWastelandStuff.esp and folder;
Grid\woodylicious\woodysWastelandStuff
Materials\woodylicious\woodysWastelandStuff
textures \ woodylicious \ woodysWastelandStuff
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
