Wise N99c Tuning and Overhaul

This is an almost complete remake of C1PH3RR's N99c rendition of SleepyRabbitTactical. with some corrections

Now upload the pure adjustment file (which can be overwritten and installed into the front-end module) and the adjusted BA2 file (which requires the ESP of the front-end module). You can choose one of the two to install according to your needs.

The N99c is brilliantly designed by SleepyRabbitTactical and perfectly crafted by C1ph3rr. I'm a little dissatisfied with it, and there are some bugs that haven't been fixed, so I wanted to join the discussion. This was the predecessor to the Sensible Pistol Tweaks, and I would provide a replacement module that would replace the 10mm pistol. Since the weapon has been changed so much, I thought it should be posted separately in case anyone wants to use it. It will take some time for SPT to be launched.

What did you do?

• Original modification
• Requires Miscmod
• INNR restored to original version
• Fixed aiming (use original animation, reactivated 10mm animation may be different)
• Equivalent to 10mm in upgrade path and functionality. But it uses the 10mm adjustment that I planned, so if you keep the original 10mm, it still has its own positioning
• Fix luminous sights
• Added reflex sight
• The basic 10mm reflex sight is now a 2.5x combat sight
• Increased scope of reconnaissance sight
• The grip material is now Wood>Plastic>Sharpshooter.
• Removed medium magazine (a bit redundant in my opinion)

-Redesigned barrel properties and upgrade paths to make them similar to the original

• The laser is now an under-barreled attachment, unlocked after upgrading.
• New Modcol
• Grid edits to support these new additions
• Overall balance adjustment (the gun causes 21 points of damage, the rate of fire is slower, and the rotation speed is reduced to 675 rounds in automatic mode)
• My usual muzzle adjustment (compensator and muzzle brake will gain AP bonus, please be sure to use them more)
• Ammunition types have been completely cut off
• Disable free 10mm on cryo chamber

If you want to wait for SPT's replacement module, please note that these changes will be absorbed by the replacement module! (Or if you ditch the N99c entirely, the 10mm pistol itself will work, with some minor changes)
