repair

Walls, roofs, walkways, windows and floors can all be repaired.

The blood lake is also repairable, which cleans the water and removes several bloody puddle decals around it.

The two generators outside can be repaired, providing 100 power each, for a total of 200 power.

The pipes that can be accessed from the roof are also repairable and there will be two hatches to make use of the interior space.

Replaced the door frames with some with Snappy Housekit door catches.

Previs was regenerated for this area. It's also highly grabbable, allowing you to build in most spaces. The build area includes the factory itself, the parking area in front and to the side. While I didn't include the full lane leading to the factory (as it was already a large build area and would be directly opposite Quincy), I did remove the Super Mutant decorations that can be found outside the build area.

I recommend grabbing Giddyup Toy Parts before scrapping them, especially if you're using scrapall. They are considered junk items in the game and will likely be scrapped.

compatibility:

This will conflict with any mod that modifies the WAF or the area around it. This means there may be some incompatibilities with mods that primarily change Quincy. It's probably mostly a previs issue, but please let me know.

I did slightly change the topography just outside the front door as well as the sides to flatten it out a bit so it doesn't cut across some of the sidewalk.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
